Inside Kif
AI job matching for software and AI professionals, in both directions.
Kif is a talent network for software and AI professionals and hiring teams. AI helps structure experience and role requirements; a separate scoring engine compares both sides. People decide whether to connect.
Start with your experience. Keep control of the details.
Upload a CV of up to 10 MB or describe your work in a conversation. Review the extracted experience, skills, and achievements before saving. Correct anything that is wrong and remove anything you do not want included.
The assistant then helps fill gaps such as your preferred work arrangement and availability. A saved CV is a starting point: your profile must meet the activation requirements before it can participate in matching.
A role can want you without being right for you.
Kif evaluates how your experience fits the role and how the role fits your preferences. Skills alone do not settle the question: the kind of work, compensation information, career direction, and working arrangement can matter too.
Matching starts with eligibility checks against confirmed requirements. For eligible pairs, the score includes strengths, gaps, and unknowns. It is a comparison of the information available, not a prediction that you will succeed or receive an offer.
An example: an AI role with a hidden mismatch.
Illustrative scenario, not a real vacancy: you have built a retrieval system and want a full-time remote role. A hiring team needs retrieval experience but is offering an on-site contract. Your technical overlap does not remove the work-arrangement mismatch.
A useful match explanation should make that conflict visible. For a compatible remote role, it should also distinguish the project evidence you supplied from an unanswered question, such as whether you owned production monitoring.
Mutual interest comes before an introduction.
You can review opportunities and express interest. The hiring team makes its own decision. An introduction requires both sides to opt in; a ranking does not make that decision for either person.
Kif is building its network. Relevant opportunities depend on the roles and candidates participating at the time. Creating a profile does not guarantee an immediate match, an interview, or a job.
Common questions
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. AI assists with structuring information and explanations. Confirmed eligibility rules and scoring support the comparison; hiring teams and candidates make their own decisions.
Can I use Kif while keeping LinkedIn?
Yes. Kif can complement your existing search. Keep using job boards and your network while building a profile for mutual matching.
Does remote mean I can work from any country?
No. Check each opportunity's location, work authorization, employment arrangement, and working-hour requirements with the hiring team.
